Stained Glass Subway Tiles Kitchen Backsplash

We created this hand-crafted stained glass backsplash for our client in West Hartford, CT. Working from dimensions provided by our client’s contractor we cut 1/4″ tile backerboard panels to precisely fit the space and then covered the panels with hand-cut stained glass subway tiles. For added dimension and interest we included some black fused glass pillow tiles placed randomly.
