Stained Glass Mosaic Tile Kitchen Backsplash with Fused Glass Medallion

For this commissioned backsplash we used hand-cut stained glass tiles in a streaky amber color cut to a 11/2″ x 9″ size and arranged in a subway tile pattern. The medallion over the range is fused glass arranged in a basketweave pattern in colors of browns and ambers. It matches up nicely with the island granite.
