Agenda
- Introduction
- Description of tools and their use
- Demonstration of cutting stained and art glass to form geometric and curved mosaic tiles. Students will be able to try their hands.
- Patterning techniques – pencil grids, graph paper
- Glue and gluing techniques
- Filing edges
- Grout and grouting
- Students will make their own 6″ x 6″ mosaic tile(s)
Materials Required:
Glasses or safety glasses. All other materials, tools, etc. provided by instructor.
Cost:
$150 per student
